By accessing, installing, or operating Jadara platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms, as well as any associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

We reserve the right to revise or modify these terms at any time to align with legal or technological requirements. Continued use of the services subsequent to posted modifications constitutes binding acceptance.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and authorized organizational credentials during account registration.
• Safeguard master login passwords, API tokens, and cryptographic keys against unauthorized dissemination.
• Ensure that your use of the platforms complies strictly with all medical, tax, and commercial regulations in your jurisdiction.

• Engaging in unauthorized reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of Jadara source code.
• Interfering with network integrity, deploying unauthorized automation scripts, or stressing cloud APIs.
• Attempting unauthorized privilege escalation or circumventing role-based security boundaries.

All software architectures, user interfaces, branding, patents, documentation, and database designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jadara Digital Techno Systems. Users receive a non-exclusive, revocable license strictly according to active subscription contracts.

To the maximum extent permitted under statutory law, Jadara Digital Techno Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential disruptions arising from user misconfiguration, third-party internet outages, or hardware failure outside our contracted cloud infrastructure.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of them are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
